By downloading or using PeopleAtlas ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Beta software
PeopleAtlas is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the app is provided "as is" while we improve it.
3. Your data
Your contacts and tags stay on your device. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful, personal or professional networking purposes. Don't use it to track, harass, or contact people against their wishes, and don't try to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on Apple services such as Maps and geocoding. Their use is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
6. No warranty
Locations shown on the map are based on the addresses in your contacts and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heroes Lab LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
